While "clean" has several different meanings, our products are formulated without ingredients like sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS), titanium dioxide, triclosan, fluoride, artificial flavors, artificial colors or dyes, titanium dioxide, alcohol, and animal by-products. Our products adhere to "clean" ingredient lists according to many popular beauty retailers.
Yes, our products are vegan and gluten-free.
Our formulas are dentist-approved and tested, however we always advise consulting your dentist before using a new dental product.
While our products are free of fluoride and other ingredients like SLS and titanium dioxide, they are intended for adult use only.
Yes, our whitening polish is considered safe for bonding and veneers. Our polish harnesses the power of fruit-derived enzymes, rather than peroxide, to target surface stains on the enamel, rather than affect the structural color of the enamel.
Our customers who have received cosmetic dental treatments love our polish because they are able to whiten without worry.
Our toothpaste uses an airless pump, so a small disc pushes product out via air suction (there's no inner tube). For best results, keep the cap screwed on tightly and pump upright. It may take a few pumps to release air bubbles.
If your pump isn't working, unscrew and re-tighten the cap, then pump upright until the air clears.

Shipping & Delivery
Domestic shipping can take up to 7 business days, and shipping to Alaska & Hawaii may take longer.
If you have yet to receive your shipment after 7 business days, please email us at orders@aramecare.com with your order number.
We currently ship to all U.S. states and Canada. Send us a message if you're hoping to extend our shipping to other regions.
Upon receiving your order, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. If your package is lost, please email orders@aramecare.com so we can do our best to assist you.
At the moment, we do not have a sampling program that allows customers to try products before purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
Products eligible for return are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted. We are able to refund the full price paid for a product, but we are unable to refund any shipping charges.
To initiate a return, please email orders@aramecare.com with your order number and reason for refund. Refunds are granted to the original form of payment with 5-10 business days for processing, and may incur a shipping fee.
If your product arrived damaged or is not of the highest quality, we will gladly replace your product for you free of charge.
