While "clean" has several different meanings, our products contain no harmful ingredients like sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS), titanium dioxide, triclosan, fluoride, artificial flavors, artificial colors or dyes, titanium dioxide, alcohol, and animal by-products. Our products adhere to "clean" ingredient lists according to many popular beauty retailers.

Yes, our products are vegan and gluten-free.

Our formulas are dentist-approved and tested, however we always advise consulting your dentist before using a new dental product.

Shipping & Delivery

Domestic shipping can take up to 7 business days. Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii may take longer.

If you have yet to receive your shipment after 7 business days, please email us at orders@aramecare.com with your order number.

We currently ship to all U.S. states. We do not ship internationally at the moment, but are always looking for opportunities to reach new customers in new regions.

Upon receiving your order, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. If your package is lost, please email orders@aramecare.com so we can do our best to assist you.

At the moment, we do not have a sampling program that allows customers to try products before purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

Products eligible for refund are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are granted to the original form of payment with 5-10 business days for processing.

To initiate a return, please email orders@aramecare.com with your order number and reason for refund.

Please check our Refund Policy to see if you're eligible for a refund.

If your product arrived damaged or is not of the highest quality, we will gladly replace your product for you free of charge.
