If you placed a preorder, orders are expected to ship by August 2025, however we will notify you via email with updates. If you have any questions regarding your preorder, please email orders@aramecare.com with your order number.
Upon receiving your order, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Domestic shipping can take up to 7 business days. Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii may take longer. Products eligible for refund are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are granted to the original form of payment with 5-10 business days for processing.
