DIRECTIONS
After brushing with THE PASTE, dispense a pea-sized amount of polish onto a toothbrush and gently brush teeth. Allow polish to sit on teeth for at least one minute before rinsing. For optimal whitening and enamel-safe results, use two-to-three times weekly, and avoid daily use.
